why at all govt want to stop it : 

1. govt want to show that the previous govt did something wrong. 

2. it shows the inability of the govt. system and the court system clearly. 

3. the parents of victim are not objecting to it in the film.

4. in the film it is said that 252 member of parliament members have rape charges. 

be active and write in your mails and blogs, your spaces in social media, and talk among your circles, if you have spare time , from cricket, films and t.v.soaps.
